About Smitha

Smitha Shetty is regarded as a guide, mentor and a friend by her clients as well as people around her. The warmth she extends makes anybody strike chords with her in a matter of few moments.

As a teenager, she wanted to learn martial arts and know God.

At sixteen she started learning Judo from the best of the coaches and through studies of vedic scriptures under great teachers, she began her journey of understanding God.

Today, she is an acclaimed Judo professional - a national level player and an A grade referee. Love for Judo brought her medals, best friends, adventure, nutrition, fitness and yoga.

She flavours her vivid knowledge of fitness and nutrition with a tinge of divinity, leading towards a holistic growth for her client.

Having worked extensively with Dr. Harshada Rajadhyasha & Late Dr. Vipul Chavda (Renowned Sports Physiotherapists) and Rujuta Diwekar (Nutrition Expert) has helped her comprehend the fact that food and exercise are dynamic and most important parts of our lives.

To introduce individuals to the joy of real food and right exercise is what she strives for as a fitness nutritionist.
